I wonder what is my demon art, the first move is an autododge.

Can someone please help me I’m on level 35, I’ve tried multiple times to talk to urodaki yet I still can’t get water breathing and I have tried on phone and on Xbox and idk what to do

I have rerolled my demon art no less than 20 times and I’ve had every single demon art except the only one i wanted which is swamp. Is it busted or something? Is there a unique standing position of swamp demons so I can tell sooner?
